Dolls Subdivision is a very small neighborhood just to the south of I-94 that has approximately 10 homes and a popular gas station. It is north of Rivers Bend and west of North Pond.
In the past 17 years there was only one home sold in this subdivision…that being said, people don’t leave here often. If you’d like a home in this neighborhood you might want consider strapping on your walking shoes and pounding on some doors to see if anyone is planning on moving.
