Carl Ben Fargo Subdivisions
Carl Ben is a neighborhood in the heart of Fargo and is home to Carl Ben Eielson Middle School. Carl Ben Eielson was an American aviator and explorer who was a pioneer of air travel in Alaska and the polar regions in the early 1900’s. Carl Ben middle school was built in 2006, has 775 students in grades 6-8, and has an average class size of 23 students. On the west side of this neighborhood on 13th Ave S. is a small business district that is home to CVS Pharmacy, Little Caesars Pizza, Batteries Plus Bulbs, Oreilly’s Auto Parts, Taco John’s, and many others. If you continue west on 13th Ave S you will reach one of the main shopping districts in Fargo including the West Acres Mall.
