Hidden just east of Hidden Acres and north of South River, Carmell Place only has 11 homes and homes in this neighborhood rarely come up for sale. Carmell Place Subdvision boasts oversized lots and the homes on the east side of this subdivision back the the Sheyenne River. While homes rarely come up for sale in this neighborhood, when they do they are priced significantly higher than the average home in West Fargo.
